Jessica Coulter Smith's Sci-Fi books have been one of the very few books that I will go to once I see the Sci-Fi genre. Lydia's past led her to a coffee shop, owned by Gryf himself. These two characters met, and (having not read the blurb, and not realizing who Gryf was at first) you could tell there would be no other love interests for either of them. I loved that we were able to at least read a bit about the main characters from the first book, and see that they were still happily together. I look forward to future books in this series!

This is the next installment in the Interstellar Love Agency books. These books are all set (so far as least) on Earth, but they are still fun. Honestly, I think I would read them just for the descriptions of the men. Who knew that orange skin could be sexy?
This is a very short story. All the books in this series follow the same plot. The story line seems to be just there to hang the sex scenes on. This story line had the potential to a great series. If only there had been more story and less sex. The author missed many opportunities to expand the story. The plot devices were not explored or expanded, just used to facilitate the scenes she wanted. It was good enough that I bought the rest of the series.
Jessica Coulter Smith does it again! First with Werewolves now with Aliens! Lydia and Her Alien Boss is the second in Jessica's Interstellar Love Agency series. Lydia is a somewhat typical college student, her parents have paid for everything and even fund her bank account! After telling her parents she is pregnant they kick her out. Instead of wallowing in misery she finds employment to support and eventually finds love! Well I will not reveal any surprises but I will tell you that this is a wonderful read. The story does build slightly on the previous but it can be read as a stand alone. The characters are well developed and can easily be related to. It is easy to get lost in the story and fall into a world were purplish blue aliens are a common occurrence on the street. I absolutely love the idea of the Love Agency! I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romance or is interested in romance with a twist and its affordable!
